Policies & Appointment Information

Please take a minute to review the following policies. Mobile notary services require dedicated travel, preparation, and reserved appointment time. Because each appointment is scheduled exclusively for you, these policies help ensure fairness while protecting availability for all clients — especially those with time-sensitive needs.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Travel, service, and appointment fees must be paid in advance.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests require at least 24 hours' notice to avoid losing fees paid.
  • If signers or documents are not prepared at the scheduled appointment time, all fees are non-refundable.
  • Same-day cancellations and missed appointments will result in forfeiture of all payments made.

Payment Policy

  • Payment is required prior to appointment confirmation.
  • Accepted payment methods include cash, Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle.
  • Travel fees and any additional services are discussed and confirmed in advance for full transparency.

Travel Fees

  • Mobile notary services may include travel and convenience fees based on distance, appointment time, and the type of service requested.
  • All applicable fees will be clearly communicated and approved before your appointment is confirmed.
  • After-hours, evening, weekend, or special-location requests may be accommodated by request and may include additional fees.
